    thenerdchild: I applied for an illustrating position at my university newspaper. I’m practicing working with Adobe Illustrator. My plan is to become proficient with Illustrator so that, if I choose, I may draw my work on paper and scan it or simply draw it on my laptop. This is about 4 hours work. I’m definitely way faster on paper than laptop, however, there are certain things I can do on Illustrator that I cannot readily do on paper. Yet another reason why I want to be better with Illustrator, even if I don’t get the newspaper job. Anyway, I thought up this idea the other day and was going to draw it, but realized that it would be the perfect project to try on Illustrator! Enjoy!
